The Space
Hidden on a dramatic cliff overlooking the Atlantic, Canto das Fontes is an intimate eco-luxury retreat where nature and comfort exist in perfect harmony. Our four handcrafted yurts offer peace, privacy, and a deep connection with nature. The Fig Yurt, named after the many fig trees surrounding it, sits at the highest point of the retreat, featuring a sea-view window, two hanging chairs, and fresh figs to pick for breakfast during summer. Wake up to the sound of a 30-metre waterfall, breathe the fresh ocean air, and wander through a lush tropical forest filled with exotic fruit trees, flowers, and natural spring water. Here, time slows down, inviting you to reconnect with nature, yourself, and life's simple pleasures.

Guests are free to explore the entire estate, including the tropical gardens, seasonal fruit, the Social Tipi, the Sacred Spring, the Spring Therapy area, and the Papiro Honesty Bar with its outdoor fireplace—perfect for relaxing beneath Madeira's star-filled skies.
