Wake up surrounded by tropical banana trees, listening to the waves on the beach and the spring water cascading from the waterfall. This was the first Glamping site on Madeira Island and is still the only one that allows you to relax on the hillside, with all the comfort, luxury and, above all, the privacy of an exclusive location without having another tent next door.
The Space
Hidden on a dramatic cliff overlooking the Atlantic, Canto das Fontes is an intimate eco-luxury retreat where nature and comfort exist in perfect harmony. With only 4 handcrafted Yurt tents, every stay feels peaceful, private, and deeply connected to the surrounding landscape. Wake up to the sound of a 30-metre waterfall, breathe the fresh ocean air, and wander through a lush tropical forest filled with exotic fruit trees, flowers, and natural spring water flowing across the property. Here, time slows down, inviting you to reconnect with nature, yourself, and the simple pleasures of life.

Guests are free to enjoy the entire estate, including the tropical gardens, seasonal fruit, the Social Tipi, the Sacred Spring, the Spring Therapy area, and the Papiro Honesty Bar with its outdoor fireplace—perfect for relaxing beneath Madeira’s star-filled skies.
